In a randomized study, the children’s preference of four different delivery forms containing fish oil was evaluated. The forms evaluated were the following:
- Liquid
- Soft gel capsule
- Chewable capsule
- Soft Chew (Gobi Gold Genius® Technology)
The preference was evaluated based on four characteristics: appearance, smell, taste and mouth sensation. Results amongst 53 children aged 4-12 years, showed that our soft chew form was the most preferable, receiving the highest score.
