Vitamin E

Vitamin E, a fat soluble essential vitamin, is one of the best studied natural antioxidants. D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate is a natural form of Vitamin E derived from plant sources, in contrast with the synthetic forms that come from petrochemicals and used in many supplements.

  • Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

In our formula we included 6μg (50% NRV*).

Gobi Gold® mindset is to supplement your daily food intake. You can reach the daily recommended dose by eating:

  • 25g of dry roasted almonds
  • 20g of sunflower seeds

In Gobi Gold® we combine Vitamin E with fish oil. This increases vitamin’s E effective absorption.

Goes well with

Vitamin A as it enhances its absorption through the intestine.

*NRV: Nutrient Reference Values (NRV) according to EU regulation No 1169/2011.
